JMC Recycling Systems Limited, based in Nottingham in the U.K., has rebranded under its original manufacturing name, McIntyre.
Its Nottingham factory will continue to design and build the company’s own JMC and McIntyre brands as well as the Vortex series. McIntyre also continues to sell, enhance and service machines from A-Ward, Bano, Gusella, Lukas, MG, Oxford Instruments, Pecher, SAS and Wagner.
The company says that all of the products McIntyre offers are pre-tested at its own scrap metal recycling and de-pollution centre to ensure they live up to the company’s reputation for durability, performance and profit enhancement.
The company has also recently announced new product innovations, including the 150 Matrix Easy cable granulation plant.
The 150 Matrix Easy cable granulation plant offers these features, the company says:
- able to process up to 300 kilograms per hour of all cable types when operated with a shredder
- new blade configuration results in higher production rates at less cost, longer life, less maintenance and a reduced need for spare parts
- sound-proofed door for reduced noise
- cutting chamber is equipped with anti-wear plates
