Jacobs Takes Ownership Position in Shared Logic

Perry Jacobs, executive vice president of The Shared Logic Group, Holland, Ohio, has taken an ownership position in the company as of March 2007.

Jacobs joins the company’s co-founders President Larry Smith and Stephen Brown. He has been with Shared Logic for 16 years and is involved in the development of all new software applications.

In other news, Monte Porter has joined the company as sales manager.
