ISRI Youngstown Event Set for Jan. 30

The 2008 version of the annual vendors night and joint meeting between the Northern Ohio and Pittsburgh ISRI Chapters will be held on Weds., January 30, at the Avalon Golf and Country Club at Squaw Creek.

According to Northern Ohio Chapter officer Bob Bedard, cocktails and dinner will begin at 5:30 p.m. and an educational seminar is being scheduled for 3:00 p.m. at the nearby Avalon Inn.

Last year, “Nearly 300 industry leaders, purchasing agents and yard personnel came to see products and services from more than 30 vendors,” says Bedard. “If you were there, you’ll remember it was a full house.”

Bedard is encouraging vendors to reserve table space now. The cost to display is $150, which includes a draped table and one complimentary dinner admission, according to Bedard. Additional attendees will be admitted at the dinner rate of $100. Sponsorship opportunities are also available.
