This includes erasing all the users’ data, using parts or systems that are reusable, and at the end of life maximizing the reuse of the PCs’ materials.

Member organizations include: ISRI, Microsoft, Intel, eBay, USEPA, U.S. Chamber of Commerce, Compumentor—Home of Techsoup, Operation Homelink, National Cristina Foundation, Strut, and CTC.

The coalition will announce results of the effort on April 24.
