Tom Buechel, creator of the iScrap App will speak at RECY Systems International Customer Meeting Sept. 30, 2011, in Munich.
IScrap App, Rockaway, N.J., and RECY Systems, based in Germany, are integrating the iScrap App software into RECY Systems products to reach European customers. While in Germany, Buechel will discuss the technology that powers the iScrap App, how it works and how it will be integrated into RECY Systems current products.
Buechel says, “Since the ISRI Convention in April, we have formed many valuable partnerships with some of the top companies in the recycling industry. We look forward to a seamless transition to overseas expansion with the help of RECY Systems.”
Buechel developed the iScrap App as a way to stay connected with the customers of his scrap yard, Rockaway Recycling. He later expanded the app for others in the scrap industry.
Bernd Klarmann, RECY Systems founder and CEO, says, “We’re interested in presenting this solution to our European customers and make it a success in Europe as iScrap App has already done in the United States.”
