Industrial Services of America (ISA), Louisville, Ky., has announced that Brian Donaghy has resigned his position as the company’s president and chief operating officer, as well as any other positions he holds with the company, including principal executive officer.
ISA announced in a news release that it has signed a consulting agreement with Donaghy under which he will provide consulting services to the company for a term of no less than six months and no longer than one year, with either party able to terminate the agreement any time after the initial six months by giving 30 days prior written notice of termination to the other party.
Following Donaghy’s departure, ISA’s board of directors announced the appointment of Orson Oliver as the company’s interim president and interim CEO.
Oliver has been an ISA board director since 2005 and chairman of the board since 2012.
