Industrial Services of America Inc. (ISA), Louisville, Ky., has announced that its board of directors has authorized a new program to repurchase up to 200,000 shares of its common stock.
The time, price and amount of the stock to be purchased will be determined by the company.
ISA repurchased roughly 673,000 shares of its common stock in a prior repurchase program beginning in August of 2000.
Industrial Services of America provides scrap processing, waste and recycling management services and equipment sales and service.
