Irving Paper Inc. has selected John Meunier Inc. to provide water treatment facilities to recycle water for the Irving paper mill in Saint John, New Brunswick.
The two new package plants, built by John Meunier Inc., will be used to treat waste water from the vacuum pump seal. The company will produce high quality water for use in paper production by blending it with river water.
"We will provide major energy savings and high quality water by warming up cold water from the river for the mill," says Robert Lafond, a sales representative for , John Meunier said.
Equipment shipments are expected next month, with installation occurring in late summer and early fall, 2004. Inauguration of the new facility is scheduled for this company October.
