Iron Mountain Inc. announced the expansion of its European services with the acquisition of the archive services business of IBM Deutschland GmbH subsidiary DISOS.

This most recent acquisition enhances Iron Mountain's offering of records management services by adding nine records centers in five new markets; Berlin, Stuttgart, Leipzig, Dresden and Erfurt, to Iron Mountain's existing German operations.
"This deal is strategic to Iron Mountain's continued European growth," said Ken Radtke, president of Iron Mountain Europe. "DISOS brings an experienced management team and knowledgeable workforce to a strong existing business that will help us to expand our service offerings within this important market. We welcome the customers and employees of DISOS to our growing German business."
