Iron Mountain Makes Acquisition

Iron Mountain Inc. announced the continued expansion of its Secure Shredding services with the acquisition of the assets of Portland, Oregon based, Docu- Shred Inc. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

This most recent acquisition enhances Iron Mountain's offering of Secure Shredding services to customers in the Portland, Oregon and Seattle, Washington markets. Iron Mountain continues to actively expand its Secure Shredding footprint through a combination of acquisitions and start-up operations throughout North America.
