One51 plc, a Dublin, Ireland-based company, has acquired a one-third share in Barrie Metals’ Global Electric Electronic Processing Group of Company. One51 has operations in waste management, specialist treatment and recycling, alternative energy and infrastructure projects. Lately the company has made a number of strategic investments in e-scrap recycling facilities, and is seeking ways to grow its e-scrap recycling network.
Immark Switzerland is part of the One51 plc Group and has 11 facilities in seven countries.
Barrie Metals has grown its GEEP business by operating plants in Barrie Ont.; Edmonton, Alta.; Raleigh Durham, N.C.; and Dallas, as well as several more projects well advanced.
