The Cedar Rapids/Linn County Solid Waste Agency (dba Bluestem), a public agency serving Linn County in southeast Iowa (population: 195,000), will soon issue a Request for Proposal for Recyclables Processing and Marketing Services. The Agency oversees the delivery of approximately 15,000 tons of mixed/single stream recyclables (no glass) per year to a processor.
