Decision-makers in the fields of recycling, sustainability and waste management will gather Oct. 3-5 in Davenport, Iowa, for the 2016 Iowa Recycling and Solid Waste Management Conference at the RiverCenter.
Attendees will tour noteworthy facilities, participate in educational sessions and networking, as well as explore the Quad Cities, according to event organizers.

Tours of a dozen locations will be provided, including the newly renovated Scott Area Recycling Center, John Deere Demonstration Site, Midwest Center for Public Safety Training, Antique Archaeology (home base for the History Channel’s American Pickers), Quad Cities Food Hub and Nahant Marsh.
