Intradeco Holdings, a Miami-based apparel manufacturer, has formed a joint venture with Spanish recycled cotton fiber producer Recover to expand textile recycling capabilities in El Salvador.
This joint venture includes the construction of a new processing plant, which Intradeco anticipates will be operational in December. The company says the facility will enable both Intradeco and Recover to scale the production of recycled cotton fiber across North and South America. With this expansion, Recover will operate in five locations: Spain, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Pakistan and El Salvador.
“Intradeco is excited to partner with Recover to enhance our production capabilities and deliver high-quality, recycled products at scale to our customers,” Intradeco CEO Jaime E. Miguel says. “This partnership represents a significant step forward in our commitment to sustainability.”

According to Intradeco, the facility will produce 13,600 tons of recycled fiber per month beginning in January 2026. The company plans to use the fiber with its own brands and main mass-market retailers.
“We are thrilled to bring our sustainable textile solutions to the Americas through this partnership with Intradeco,” Recover CEO Anders Sjoblom says. “It allows us to meet growing nearshoring demands and scale circular practices where they're needed most.
