International Paper is slated to close its #10 machine at its Lock Haven, N.Y., mill next month. The decision to shut the mill follows the closing of two other machines earlier this year.
The company is expected to close its last two machines next March. Once the last two machines are taken off line the paper mill will be totally closed.
