Roger Griffing joins company in leadership position.

Waste Technology Corp. subsidiary International Baler Corp., Jacksonville, Fla., has named Roger Griffin as its new president and chief executive officer.
Griffin brings more than 14 years of manufacturing experience to the company. He served most recently as vice president of operations at Schaefer Interstate Railing in Salisbury, N.C.Griffin also spent several years with Metaldyne, which acquired Dana Corp.’s Whitsett, N.C.He also spent 11 years in management with Dana Corp. at its Whitsett and Jonesboro, Ark., plants.
Griffin, his wife and their two children have relocated to the Jacksonville area.
