The crew of The History Channel’s “Boneyard” gives the network’s viewers a sneak peak at the workings of Intechra’s electronics recycling plant in Los Angeles.

           

“Boneyard” gives viewers a look at the afterlife of consumer, industrial and military equipment.

           

For the Aug. 16 episode, the show’s crew spends two days at Intechra’s Los Angeles recycling center, documenting the disposition process, which begins when retired electronics arrive at the facility and ends when raw materials are sent to smelters for recycling.

           

The Jackson, Miss.-based company shows viewers how it achieves its zero-landfill policy.
