Inland Paperboard and Packaging, Inc., announced a new name and logo for corrugated packaging operations acquired last month from Chesapeake Corp.
Effective immediately, InPeake Packaging, Inc., is the new division name for all locations previously known as Chesapeake Packaging Co. and Capitol Packaging Corp. The name change affects production plants in Denver; Louisville, Ky.; St. Anthony, Ind.; Madison, Ohio; Manson, N.C.; Binghamton, Buffalo, Scotia, and Utica, N.Y.; and Scranton, Penn.
InPeake is the brand name for the products and services.
InPeake Packaging, Inc., will operate as an independent business unit. The new name distinguishes the unit from its former parent company, Chesapeake Corporation, which is focused on value-added paperboard and plastic specialty packaging.
