Infoshred, LLC recently purchased Secure Document Destruction, a New Haven, CT-based confidential shredding company. The acquisition broadens Infoshred’s presence in Connecticut and allows the company to continue its penetration of the marketplace in Southern New England.
“Secure Document Destruction had an impressive list of long-term customers and a complimentary business, so acquiring the company made good business sense,” said Jacki DiPiazza, Infoshred’s general manager. “Infoshred looks forward to servicing these customers with the same level of extreme customer service they received from SDD. This is the third such company we’ve acquired since our inception in 1993. As part of our growth strategy, Infoshred will continue to look for strategic acquisitions which compliment our existing product offering while expanding our market presence.”
Infoshred provides secure document destruction and records storage services in Connecticut, Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
