Industrial Services of America Inc. signed a deal to provide waste-management, consulting and recycling services for Alflex Corp., a division of Louisville-based Commonwealth Industries Inc.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Under the agreement, Louisville-based Industrial Services will provide complete waste- and recycling-management services as well as waste equipment for Alflex, which makes aluminum products such as conduit and cable. Alflex has facilities in Long Beach, Calif., and Rocky Mount, N.C.
Commonwealth manufactures aluminum sheet metal at facilities in Kentucky, Ohio and California.
