Houston-based Industrial Service Solutions (ISS) has appointed Kyle O’Neill as its president and chief financial officer. O’Neill, who will report to ISS CEO Wade Stockstill, brings more than 20 years of business and financial leadership expertise to the industrial service and equipment provider.
“As a proven financial leader, Kyle brings extensive experience supporting both privately held and publicly traded businesses on a global scale,” Stockstill says. “Additionally, Kyle’s oil and gas industry expertise will play a key role in the success of our strategic growth initiatives.”
O’Neill joined ISS from US Well Services, Houston, where he first served as chief financial officer, and then was named president and CEO until the company’s sale to Willow Park, Texas-based ProFrac Holdings. Previously, O’Neill was a managing director of California-based TCW LLC’s direct lending group.
ISS manufactures, supplies, installs, integrates and services critical process equipment for a broad set of industrial markets. The company has more than 2,500 employees in 50-plus strategic locations nationwide.
