The Press Trust of India is reporting that the first automobile recycling plant in India is expected to be commissioned near Chennai, the fifth most populous city in India.
According to the Ikbal Nathani, president of the Metal Recycling Association of India, the plant is expected to be commissioned in the first quarter of 2011.
