Imabe of America, based in Miami, continues to expand in North America with the appointment of a new sales agent, Richard Harris.
Harris is an industry professional who has been designing and installing recycling systems since 1977.
“He will be a tremendous asset to our customers in both the U.S. and Canada,” Imabe writes in a news release announcing Harris’ role with the company. “With the addition of Harris to the commercial network of Imabe of America, we will be able to cover more markets and better serve our customers.”
Imabe serves numerous sectors of the recycling and solid waste industries, including landfills, transfer stations and scrap metal, paper and plastics recyclers. “Richard will bring a depth of understanding and expertise for these markets,” the company says.
Imabe says it is committed to the U.S. market, with more than 30 large machines installed and several more scheduled for installation. The company also says it will invest in more service technicians and expand its parts inventory. Recently, Imabe expanded its facilities in Florida with a new warehouse and offices.
