The Indiana Department of Environmental Management will hold a public meeting on Bucko Construction Co.'s application to renew its Federally Enforceable State Operating Permit for the stationary hot mix asphalt production source located at 1501 Michigan Street in Gary. IDEM staff will present information related to air quality in the Gary area and discuss issues related to the air permit for this facility.
The meeting is not a formal public hearing. Citizens will have an opportunity to ask questions, make statements and discuss air pollution concerns with IDEM staff.
