IAER Names New Officers

Electronics recycling group installs three new officers.

The International Association of Electronics Recyclers (IAER) has announced the appointment of three new officers to the association’s the Board of Directors.

The three new vice presidents will provide work with IAER President Peter Muscanelli to provide “leadership, decisions, oversight and review of the operational activities and matters of the association,” according to an IAER news release. Each vice president will also be responsible for a major operational area of the IAER's activities, supported by committees, staff and service providers, according to the group.

Each of the three new officers is an IAER member:  Todd Hill, CEO of trueCycle in Pasadena, Calif.; Andy Niles, Vice President of Scientific Recycling in Holmen Wis.; and Greg Sampson, Vice President of Earth Protection Services in Tigard, Ore.

“The addition of these three outstanding members to the leadership of the association will be a significant asset for the IAER,” says Muscanelli. “I have a great deal of respect for each one of them and truly believe that together, the team will bring forth change and growth for the IAER and the entire electronics recycling industry.”
