Hillhead, a British quarrying, recycling and heavy construction industries event that takes place every two years, will celebrate its 25th anniversary later this year with another sell-out exhibition.
According to the show’s organizers, with several months to go before the 2007 event opens for business, all available exhibition space –– outside, in the pavilions and in the demonstration areas –– has been booked. A waiting list of hopeful potential exhibitors is building up, the Hillhead press office reports.
In addition, the show’s organizers report that early visitor registration numbers are also significantly ahead, compared to the same point in time, with the most recent show in 2005.
About 450 manufacturers and suppliers will be assembling at Hillhead 2007, which will take place June 26 to June 28. Exhibitors will “show off their latest plant, equipment, materials and services, including many new product launches,” according to a Hillhead press release.
Equipment sectors exhibiting include suppliers to the quarrying, recycling, concrete, asphalt, road surfacing, civil engineering, plant hire, demolition, landfill, mining and material handling industries. A projected 20,000 visitors from both the
