During its annual general meeting in Cologne, Germany, ALBA SE, a subsidiary of the Germany based recycling services firm ALBA Group, elected Patricia Hauswald to its administrative board. Hauswald is a tax consultant. Her tenure with ALBA SE’s board will run through May 27, 2017.
Hauswald has more than 17 years of experience in the fields of group reporting, company taxation, mergers and acquisitions and restructuring. She first joined the ALBA Group in 2006. Since 2010 Hauswald has worked for the tax consulting and accounting firm Wagemann + Partner mbB, located in Berlin.
ALBA says the election was required as Werner Holzmayer resigned from his position as member of the administrative board in late 2013.
Following her election, Hauswald said, "I am pleased to have gained the trust of the shareholders, and over the next three years I look forward to bringing my experience and knowledge into the firm."
