FKI plc, the British parent company of recycling equipment maker Harris Waste Management Group, has reported positive results for its recently completed fiscal year.
“I am delighted to announce another year of outstanding progress for FKI, with increases of 30.7% in [sales], 21.4% in operating profit and 10.1% in adjusted earnings per share,” says Bob Beeston, CEO of FKI.
Harris Waste Management Group, Peachtree City, Ga., is part of FKI’s Lifting Products and Services Group, one of four business units making up FKI. “As part of the Lifting Products and Services group, Harris is pleased to be a part of the overall success of the division and contribute to its profitability last year,” says Edd Berkoben, Harris president.
“The strength of FKI and its commitment to Harris ensures stability and growth through adversity in these trying markets,” he adds.
Harris is one of the world’s largest makers of recycling equipment, manufacturing balers, shears, shredders and other equipment at its two Georgia facilities.
