Harris Waste Management Group names new vice president

Mark Haire named vice president of the company’s Integrated Recycling Systems division.

The equipment company Harris Waste Management Group Inc., Cordele, Georgia, has named Mark Haire vice president of its Integrated Recycling Systems (IRS) division.

IRS’ main focus is on engineered projects, not only for the Harris’ line of products but also for ferrous and nonferrous processing systems design and supply.

The IRS group includes experienced material handling and processing, controls automation, project management and service personnel to ensure Harris supplies the best processing system solutions, the company says.

Haire has been with Harris since 2009 and was previously engineering manager for Harris’ shredder division.

“I’m looking forward to working with Harris customers to find solutions to their processing needs in order to help them make their operations more efficient and profitable,” Haire says.

Harris also has appointed Scott Holder to the position of director of shredder sales. He previously was a regional sales manager for Harris.

The company also has announced that Jim Summers has joined its service staff as a shredder specialist. Summers, formerly an operations manager at Midwest Scrap Management, based in Kansas City, Missouri, has experience in shredder systems.
