Zenviro Tech Inc. has acquired Sapulpa, Oklahoma-based Hammermills International LLC, a company that has been producing metals shredding and recycling equipment for several decades.
Hoffman Estates, Illinois-based Zenviro Tech says the transaction as bringing more than 60 years of metals recycling expertise into its organization, reinforcing the company’s commitment to delivering reliable, well-engineered systems backed by expanded resources and global support.
“By uniting proven shredding, material handling and metal recovery technologies with Zenviro Tech’s global engineering and service infrastructure, the company strengthens its position as a trusted partner capable of delivering complete, dependable, and scalable solutions,” the company says.
Zenviro Tech describes is a technology and systems integrator specializing in environmental and agronomic solutions for the treatment of exhaust air, wastewater, hazardous waste and organic waste streams.
Now, the company says the integration of Hammermills will enhance its ability to serve industrial customers seeking durable, high-performance equipment built on deep technical experience.

Hammermills International was founded in 1965 and has a product portfolio consisting of infeed conveyors, pre-shredders, shredders, ferrous downstream systems, zero-bleed air classifiers, radial stackers, trommels, screens, track shoes, wear parts and nonferrous scrap processing systems.
