Grossman Environmental Recycling Inc. (GER), a Columbus, Ohio, recycling firm, has won the annual Best of Business as the Best Recycling Firm in Central Ohio for the second year in a row. The votes were taken by C.E.O. Magazine and will be announced in the November issue of Columbus C.E.O.
“We are humbled by these results and the votes of confidence by the readers of Columbus C.E.O. Magazine, as well as so many others who have stood by us and believed in our solutions to landfill reductions through creative recycling methods,” says Steve Grossman, president of GER.
“It has been, and continues to be a struggle to re-build a strong company which develops marketing channels for the more difficult-to-market waste materials after our former company’s devastating fire in late 2008 and general market and economic downturns through all of 2009,” Grossman adds.
