At Bauma 2016, Netherlands-based Groeneveld Lubrication Solutions says it will introduce the new generation OnePlus, an adjustable pump for progressive lubrication systems. Bauma will take place April 11-17 and is organised by Meese Munchen.
The new generation OnePlus has a 2-litre reservoir and features, just like its predecessor, a solid, compact design with follower plate, the company says. The follower plate ensures that grease in the reservoir is shielded from the outside air, preventing oxidation. In addition, the follower plate keeps the reservoir clean so the grease level always remains visible.
The quantity of grease distributed and the lubrication interval can be adjusted using the two, small rotary switches located behind the waterproof screw cap at the front of the pump housing.
The OnePlus, just like the Groeneveld EcoPlus progressive pump with cartridge concept, is well-suited to smaller machines and less complex systems, such as mini-excavators and loaders, but is also suitable for port terminal tractors, the company says.
