GreenMan Technologies Inc., based in Lynnfield, Mass., has announced that Nicholas DeBenedictis has joined the company’s board of directors. His appointment is effective as of Sept. 1, 2005.
DeBenedictis, 
46, has been and independent investment advisor for the past nine years. He has more than 16 years of experience in the financial markets and securities business, including positions with E.W. Smith Securities, Smith Barney and Janney Montgomery Scott.
