Green EnviroTech Holdings Corp., Riverbank, Calif., and Green EnviroTech Corp., its wholly-owned subsidiary Green EnviroTech Corp., have announced the resignation of Jeffrey Chartier as president and director. Green EnviroTech is a plastics recovery, separation, cleaning and recycling company. The company also announced the appointment of Lou Perches as its new chief operating officer.
The company also announced that it has appointed Wayne Leggett, who has served as CFO since March 2010, to the company’s board of directors. He will continue to hold the position of CFO.
