DESC: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This Announcement Constitutes The Only Solicitation; Proposals Are Being Requested And A Written Solicitation Will Not Be Issued. This is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) Number SP4410-01-Q-6009.

SECTION B Defense Reutilization and Marketing Service (DRMS) has a requirement for the disposal of tires. This procurement is restricted to small businesses as a 100% small business set-aside with a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 562219 with a small business size standard of $10 million per FAR 52.219-1 and 52.219-6. The resulting contract will be subject to the Service Contract Act. The resulting award will be a Firm-Fixed Priced, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity, IDIQ contract. The price quote shall include a filled in FAR Clause 52.212-3, OFFERORS REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS

DRMS 52.228-9R01 (DEC 1995) CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE, In accordance with the clause entitled, INSURANCE WORK ON A GOVERNMENT INSTALLATION, FAR 52.228-5, a certificate of insurance shall be provided to the contracting officer at the address listed in Block 9 of the Standard Form SF1449,

AWARD/CONTRACT within ten days from the date of award. The minimum required insurance is as follows: Worker's Comp and Employer's Liability : Comply with applicable Federal and State Statutes, General Liability-Bodily Injury Liability Coverage-$1,000,000 per occurrence, Automobile-$1,000,000 per person, $5,000,000 per occurrence, bodily injury $1,000,000 per occurrence. Wage Determination 94-2053 Revision 18 dated 05/31/2001 applies to this requirement. Subject: S--Provide Refuse And Recycling Collection And Disposal Service

DESC: The National Park Service requires refuse collection, disposal and resource recovery (recycling) service for Wolf Trap Farm Park in Vienna, VA. The principle work includes all equipment, labor, materials and supplies needed for refuse collection, disposal and recycling service. This procurement is open to all sized businesses, however, a HUBZone evaluation factor will apply. All contractors experienced in this type of service may compete for this contract - base year with four option years. Estimated magnitude is between $25,000 and $30,000 for one year of service.
