Genesis Attachments, Superior, Wisconsin, announced that Matt Orvedahl has been promoted to the position of Midwest regional sales manager.
Orvedahl joined Genesis as a product sales and service representative in May 2017. In that role, he was responsible for sales growth while serving scrap metal processing and demolition customers' parts, refurbishment and service needs in the Midwest sales territory.
According to the company, Orvedahl has extensive sales experience and strong relationships with customers in Genesis’ Midwest territory, which covers Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Michigan, Wisconsin, as well as Ontario and Manitoba, Canada. The company says his previous experience, application knowledge, mechanical aptitude and understanding of the industries Genesis serves will be beneficial in his new position and will allow for a quick transition to the role.
