GEEP (Global Electric Electronic Processing) Inc., based in Barrie, Ontario, Canada, has been selected by Samsung Electronics Canada as a partner to provide recycling and collection services for the “Samsung Recycling Direct” program.
According to a GEEP news release, Samsung has offered to provide “completely free, responsible recycling services” for all Samsung products in Canada. GEEP, through its branded “e-collex” sites, will help provide those services throughout Canada.
Collected material will then be directed toward GEEP’s two Canadian processing facilities, one in Barrie and the other in Edmonton, Alberta.
