Faun Zoeller UK Ltd (FZUK), a subsidiary of the Kirchhoff Group, a Germany-based producer of high-performance refuse collection vehicle solutions, has promoted Ben Lord to commercial director and appointed him to the company’s board of directors.
Lord’s progression into this executive leadership role recognizes nearly 18 years of commercial expertise and strategic contribution to the business.
In his new role, Lord will lead commercial operations across the U.K., with a focus on driving sustainable growth, strengthening client partnerships and expanding FZUK’s market presence within the environmental services and waste management sectors. The company says his appointment aligns with its long-term vision for innovation, resilience and internal leadership development.
In his new role, Lord will be responsible for leading the commercial strategy, driving customer-focused innovation and strengthening partnerships across the public and private sectors. His elevation to the board signals FZUK’s long-term focus on sustainable growth, internal talent development and maintaining its position at the forefront of the U.K. waste and recycling industry, the company says.
