French non-ferrous metals group Metaleurop said it was studying the possible sale of its zinc production plant based in Nordenham in Germany.
Metaleurop said the future of the unit, which produces around 135,000 metric tons of zinc a year, was being considered in the context of the company's shift towards recycling.
Details of the new strategy will be unveiled on September 20, Metaleurop said in a statement. ReutersLatest from Recycling Today
