Wicked Local Framingham, Framingham, Massachusetts, reports that the Framingham Department of Public Works (DPW) will host a free electronics recycling and clothing donation day June 15, 2016.
Residents who bring one nonexpired food item or an article of clothing will be able to drop off electronics for free at the DPW’s facility at 255 Mount Wayte Ave. Items will be accepted from noon to 8 p.m., the paper says.
All proceeds from the event will go to the Framingham High School Scholarship Fund, which will award money to a student with a passion for the environment, according to an event flyer given to the paper.
Residents must show photo identification to be eligible for the fee waiver.
