Fornnax Technology, an India-based manufacturer of recycling equipment, has announced its growth strategy for 2026, a plan focused on growing faster and stronger on a global scale.
Fornnax CEO Jignesh Kundaria says the company’s strategy for this year is driven by these key priorities: global expansion, product innovation, technology leadership, people and culture.
The company says it plans to strengthen its presence in Europe, Australia and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) while continuing to grow across its existing regions.
Fornnax says a major step in this journey will be export-led global installations, and the company will commission Europe’s highest-capacity shredding line this year.
Innovation is a priority for Fornnax, as the company says it aims to become a global leader in recycling technology by 2030. The company’s focused on developing solutions that are state-of-the-art, economical, efficient, reliable and environmentally responsible.
Fornnax has expanded its portfolio into new recycling applications, including municipal solid waste (MSW), e-waste, cable and aluminum recycling. The company says this diversification has created momentum across the industry, marked by milestones scheduled to become operational this year such as the installation of India’s largest e-waste and cable recycling line and the commissioning of a high-capacity MSW RDF recycling line.
This year, Fornnax says it will complete the first phase of its capacity expansion by establishing the world’s largest shredding equipment manufacturing facility. Expected to be completed in July, the 23-acre manufacturing unit will enhance Fornnax’s production capability and global delivery capacity.
Fornnax says it also will continue to improve efficiency across manufacturing, supply chain and service operations while strengthening its service network across India, Australia and Europe to ensure fast, reliable customer support.
“People remain the foundation of Fornnax’s success,” Kundaria says. “We will continue to invest in talent, leadership development and a culture built on ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement.”
