Tierra Verde Industries (TVI) and E-Recycling of California (ERC) has announced the hiring of Kevin P. McCarthy as business development manager for its recycling operations.
“We have incredible growth opportunities in our core recycling lines of business in C&D, composting and e-recycling,” McCarthy says. “We see our mission as helping California communities meet and exceed their mandated recycling goals.”
McCarthy was previously with Waste Management for more than 12 years. Most recently, he served as vice president of governmental affairs for Recycle America Alliance. Prior to that, he was the director of electronics recycling.
TVI and ERC are part of a family of privately held companies operating in Southern California.
TVI was formed in 1997 and has recycling operations located in San Juan Capistrano and Irvine, Calif. It processes green waste, wood debris and construction and demolition material.
