Central Recycling Inc., Clearwater, Fla., is being sold through a sealed-bid auction. The facility is a non-ferrous metals scrap yard. It has been ordered to be sold by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. The auction company handling the same is Tranzon Driggers.
The facility was established less than 20 years ago. The auction includes three individual parcels; the recycling center with trucks & equipment as a turn-key business opportunity, an abutting property with home, and vacant lot across from the center; to be sold individually or as one.
The Assets of Central Recycling, Inc. are being sold via Sealed Bid subject to Bankruptcy Court approval. Bidders must deliver sealed bids together with a good faith deposit of 10 percent of the full purchase price to Tranzon Driggers on or before Oct. 28, at 3:00.
