FleetMind adds western US regional sales director

Montreal-based FleetMind Solutions Inc., a provider of fleet management solutions, has added Terry Scholl as regional sales director in the western United States.

Scholl has a 15-year background in national sales, marketing and customer service with waste, mining and transportation companies, including DriveCam (Lytx), inthinc and TransCore, where he successfully introduced mobile video and driver behavior modification technologies, according to FleetMind.

“With the waste industry’s accelerated focus on safety, Terry adds valuable experience and insights to our regional management team,” says Don Diego Padilla II, vice president of sales at FleetMind. “Terry has a proven track record of implementing fleet technologies to ensure greater visibility into truck and driver behavior. This is essential to safer and smarter waste fleet management, and our current and new customers will benefit from his expertise.”

Working with leading fleets and underwriters, Scholl’s guidance has contributed to fleet loss reductions and safety improvements, FleetMind says. Additionally, he gained experience with on-board systems increasingly in use for efficiency and asset protection by waste and recycling fleets while serving as a regional sales executive at Cascade Engineering.

Originally, from the Midwest, Scholl holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from California State University, Fullerton, and currently resides with his wife in the San Diego area.
