FCM Recycling Inc., Lavaltrie, Quebec, has opened its newest electronics recycling facility in Delta, British Columbia.
In a news release, FCM says the new 50,000-square-foot facility will expand the company’s operation of providing end-of-life electronics processing services to residential consumers, businesses, governments and provincial programs.
Andrew Rubin, a spokesman for FCM, says, “British Columbia, with a population of over 4 million people, is home to one of the most advanced and developed end-of-life electronics processing programs. FCM is excited to provide its services in the B.C. market and contribute to the local community through job creation and its involvement in the community.”
