The Fibre Box Association announces the California Group Monitoring Program, an environmental service available to plant facilities in California to help meet storm water regulations.
Each year, storm water contaminated from industrial materials contributes to the pollution of the environment. Because of this, industrial facilities must follow governmental requirements.
FBA and ENSR, a global provider of environmental and energy development services, have teamed up to create a program for California plant facilities to meet standard regulations without the hassle.
Benefits of the California Group Monitoring Program include reduced sampling requirements, lower costs, lower labor efforts and lower laboratory fees. Group membership helps meet the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan review, site map updates, sample collection training, sample analysis, on-site inspections, comprehensive evaluations and completion and submission of annual reports. Participants in the program benefit from ENSR’s experiences with similar facilities and are provided with a group leader and technical support.
For pricing information or to get involved with this program, contact Brian O’Banion, FBA Vice President, at 847-364-9600 or bobanion@fibrebox.org.
