Eyewitness Surveillance adds Texas office

Surveillance services provider adds office in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metropolitan area.

Hanover, Maryland-headquartered Eyewitness Surveillance, a provider of remote interactive video monitoring solutions serving midsize and large automotive dealerships, metal recycling yards and other fixed industrial facilities nationwide, has opened an office in Frisco, Texas. The company says the expansion is a part of its overall growth strategy.

Eyewitness says it has experienced significant traction in Texas to date, particularly in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio and Houston markets. The company credits its success to “the sophisticated algorithms and analytics created from data captured on Eyewitness’s state-of-the-art cameras.”

Eyewitness’s Frisco office will focus on delivering an array of solutions to clients, including:

  • remote interactive video surveillance solutions designed to reduce or eliminate the need for on-site guard services with the installation of digital cameras, software analytics and perimeter-intrusion technology;
  • operational enhancements designed to improve customer responsiveness, address false claims, audit operational concerns, track employee behavior and provide detailed data analysis generated by its video analytics;
  • sales lead augmentation for retail businesses – designed to drive sales with real-time communication between prospective customers and sales associates after hours; and
  • Eyewitness Insight, a video management system that allows users to view complex video systems and analyze business operations on all major operating systems and mobile devices.
“While Texas is one of the fastest growing states economically, it has also seen a natural rise in crime, making this expansion a clear-cut next step for Eyewitness,” says Eyewitness CEO Rush McCloy.

Eyewitness’s new Texas office is led by Director of Sales, Midwest, Steve Ward. Eyewitness also has added Laura Breitenfeld, who has a 15-year background in business development, as market development manager.

Eyewitness says it plans to hire three sales representatives and three market development managers by 2017 to round out the initial team and support the company’s various client endeavors and engagements.
