Eriez, headquartered in Erie, Pa., announced that its Permanent Rare Earth Magnet (P-Rex) has won the 2010 Plant Engineering magazine’s Product of the Year Silver Award in the material handling systems category. The announcement was made March 21, 2011.

Tim Shuttleworth, Eriez president and CEO, and Mike Ross, manager of magnet development, accepted the award on behalf of Eriez. “We are extremely honored to receive this prestigious award,” Shuttleworth said.
