Eriez has named Chien Dang Tran as its country manager for Vietnam
The Erie, Pennsylvania-based provider of magnetic and other separation equipment says the move reinforces its commitment to expand across Southeast Asia while delivering more responsive support for local industries.
In the newly established position, Chien will shape Eriez’ strategy in Vietnam by cultivating lasting partnerships, uncovering emerging opportunities and collaborating with regional representatives to provide separation technologies tailored to market needs, according to the company.
“This appointment represents another milestone for Eriez as we extend our reach across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region,” says Ezio Viti, regional sales director for Eriez Asia-Pacific.
In June, Eriez appointed Mary Ann De Lunas as the country manager for its magnetics division in the Philippines.
“Chien’s customer-focused mindset and deep knowledge of Southeast Asian markets make him uniquely equipped to accelerate our expansion in Vietnam,” Viti says of the latest appointment. “By placing experienced leaders in key markets, Eriez ensures that businesses benefit from localized expertise backed by the innovation, resources and dependability of a global organization.”
Eriez, established in 1942 and with more than 1,000 employees worldwide, offers magnetic separation, flotation, metal detection and conveyor equipment to the recycling, packaging, aggregates, mining, and food processing industries. The company designs, manufactures and markets its equipment on six continents through 12 wholly-owned international subsidiaries and a sales representative network.
