Erie, Pennsylvania-based magnetics and sorting technology equipment provider Eriez has appointed Mary Ann De Lunas as country manager for its magnetics division in the Philippines.
Eriez says the move underscores its commitment to expanding its footprint and enhancing customer support in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and Asia-Pacific (APAC) regions.
In the role, De Lunas will focus on strengthening the Eriez presence in Southeast Asia, “ultivating strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, delivering tailored technical solutions and providing sales support to our valued representatives to meet the unique needs of the local market.
The company says the appointment also marks "an exciting chapter" for Eriez Australia, as that regional business unit will work in cooperation with De Lunas to continue to grow its global footprint and enhance support for customers across the APAC region.
“Through ongoing strategic investments in personnel, Eriez is strengthening its worldwide presence, delivering expert local support backed by the resources and innovation of a global leader,” says Ezio Viti, an Australia-based Eriez regional sales director for the APAC region.
Eriez was founded in 1942 and provides magnetic separation, flotation, metal detection and material handling technology. The firm now has more than 1,000 employees and has a presence on six continents through 12 wholly owned international subsidiaries and a global sales representative network.
